The Company provides a development, property investment, acquisition, funding and management consultancy service to a varied range of clients with  industrial, commercial, retail and mixed residential properties located throughout the United Kingdom.
The Management department currently handles a portfolio of properties in Scotland, North Yorkshire, the North West including Greater Manchester, the Fylde Coast, and the Midlands.

This firm is pro-active in its advice and approach in dealing with clients’ portfolios, generally administering landlord and tenant matters, negotiating rent reviews and lease renewals, providing a full computerised management accounting service and assessment of tenant performance. Services include rent, service charge and insurance collection, service charge budgeting and repair works, with due allowance for Health & Safety requirements.
