Peter Charlton & Company are a well established, family run, independent, general practice chartered surveying firm established in 1979, practising under the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors' Code of Conduct.

The company specializes in all aspects of commercial property, sales, lettings, acquisitions, including investment. In recent years the company has tended to specialize primarily in commercial property investment and management, with some residential management involvement.

We are based in Altrincham, Cheshire, and currently manage properties for clients in Scotland, North Yorkshire, the North West including Greater Manchester, the Fylde Coast, and the Midlands.
